About the event

Come and join Elise and Monique for an evening of sound meditation that offers deep relaxation and self-care. This session features a variety of instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and drums, each providing unique benefits. The sound bath aims to slow brainwaves, alleviate aches and pain, and shift energy in the body.

During the experience, you might face distractions or intrusive thoughts. Gently refocus on your breath and stay present to fully enjoy the experience. The session will include a mix of sounds, with each instrument contributing to a rich auditory experience.

Please bring a yoga mat if possible; chairs will be provided if requested. Blankets and pillows are welcome for added comfort and dress in layers as it can get a bit cold. Consult a healthcare professional if you have any medical conditions or concerns before attending- including Pregnancy, Epilepsy, Pacemakers, Hearing Aid devices or any auditory issues etc.
